If you feel you need a moment of calm, pop down to the Residence Life office and pick up a Bits & Peace kit full of little pick-me ups and good things to bring a little bit of peace and calm into your life.

We're always on the look-out for ideas and items to pop into these boxes, so if you have anything you think would be a good fit or you'd like to share with your fellow students, just pop us a message or drop in a let us know!
